A wizard now guides the employee through the entire interview process to create claims, allowing employees to focus on gathering accurate data.

Using and integrating all Microsoft Office tools with the power of SQL Server, we were able to drastically reduce the time it took to create new claims over the phone. The company has now been able to take on more clients with ease and with the same amount of employees which works well even during peak times like hurricane season when the insurance claims flood in.
